The could be some value around the joint today, so no sense sitting back and nursing the hangover.

At Scone today BENEVENTO and ZA CHOICE look good things on the program - but they could be both at restricted odds. At Mornington I am keen on VIKING HERO to return to his best form in race 6. He was not suited by the slow pace first up at Flemington and his last 100 metres was very good. With pace on today he could be very hard to beat.

At "The Bool" I think RIPLEYS looks a good value bet in the last. He is drawn to race well and this grade is about his go.

At Shatin I am keen on TOPPING LIGHT at huge odds in race 9. He had no luck at all last time out and Brett (Prebble) basically eased him out of the race over the last 150 metres when he was bailed up behind tiring horses. He is drawn to come down the grandstand with a few of the chances in the race and Vincent Ho's claim he is well weighted in this race.

I also like BERIO first up in race 8. He can be an in and out customer, but this is not a strong race and with Ben So's claim and the good gate, he could be a sneaky go at ridiculous odds.
